The Actionable Aging™ Readiness Rating and Sharable Personalized Action Plan utilizes a proprietary aging in place readiness rating aligned with our 6 Actionable Aging™ Priorities (home, health, support, finances, legal preparedness, technology and community). It includes a 6-question screening for yourself or someone else and takes approximately 5 minutes to complete. In just a few seconds results are generated with a Readiness Rating Score interpretation, insights, and a guided roadmap for each area, matched with informative articles, links to applicable public services and funding programs, and direct connection with product and service providers in your location.

Your Basic plan includes 2 profiles (for yourself or 2 people you care about). Save articles and share plans with family or other members of the care team. Upgrade once available to add more profiles, enjoy more features, and help more people take steps towards Actionable Aging™.

Yes. Use the Share Plan option to share the Readiness Rating and Plan with a family member or someone else on the care team.

For each provider listed, we verify business information, location, and scope of service or products provided. For some categories we have eligibility criteria related to certification and specialty, such as Renovators and Financial Advisors.

Basic provider listings are free for a trial period and then require a subscription. Providers can opt out of Basic into a featured tier that supports additional verification and visibility.

Email changes are not yet supported in-app. Contact support and we’ll update your account manually.

Visit your Dashboard, click on Profiles and Account, and select Delete account. Deletion removes all profiles, saved providers, and personal data within 30 days.

All data is stored in a Canadian data centre. Profile data collected is limited to nickname, age range, and postal code, which is used to match each person with relevant informative articles, services, and providers in their location. Anonymous data from users’ Readiness Ratings and Plans will be used in reporting to inform policy change in Canada to better support the needs of aging Canadians and their caregivers.
