IncluzIT HOME is built for older adults, caregivers, and people with disabilities. We treat accessibility as a baseline requirement, not a feature — the platform should work for you regardless of how you read, hear, move, or think.

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. New features are reviewed against this standard before release, and the existing platform is audited regularly.

Readable typography with adjustable text scaling, sufficient colour contrast, full keyboard navigation, screen-reader-friendly markup, semantic landmarks, and respect for the user’s reduced-motion preference.

Some third-party embeds (provider websites, government program pages we link out to) are outside our control. We flag these where possible and continue to work with partners to improve their experiences.
