Too often, families are left trying to piece together advice, services, products, and next steps from multiple sources. IncluzIT HOME replaces that fragmented experience with one trusted platform designed to support informed decision-making and meaningful action.

We are continuing to improve IncluzIT HOME based on feedback from older adults, families, and professionals. User feedback is helping shape future releases so the platform becomes even more useful, practical, and easy to use.

Together with research partners, we are preparing for two Canadian studies. One will examine the validity of the Actionable Aging™ Readiness Rating, and the other will explore usability and acceptance when occupational therapists introduce the platform to older adults in the community.

We are developing a professional version of IncluzIT HOME with expanded features and workflow tools for organizations and service providers. This version is being designed to help professionals such as occupational therapists, seniors’ service coordinators, and other care and community providers support clients more efficiently and connect them to the right products and services at the right time.
